Creamy Tropical Mamey El Sol Smoothie

🛒  Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mamey El Sol (fresh)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or regular milk, if preferred)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess and protein)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

 

🌿 Healthy Add-ons:

  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

 

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the mamey pulp, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and sprinkle a touch of cinnamon on top.
