Creamy & Refreshing Guava Juice

🥘  Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe guavas, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 cups cold water or coconut water (for extra freshness)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or almond yogurt (for creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes (as desired)

👩‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Prepare the guavas:
    • Wash, peel, and remove the seeds from the guavas. Cut them into chunks.
  2. Blend:
    • In a blender, add guava chunks, cold water (or coconut water), Greek yogurt, honey/agave, and lime juice.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Strain (optional):
    • For a silkier texture, strain the juice through a fine sieve.
  4. Serve:
    • Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
    • Garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint for a fresh, eye-catching touch.
