Baby Bok Choy El Sol Stir-Fry with Garlic

The perfect way to add freshness and health to your table

 

🥘 Ingredients:

(Serves 2–3)

  • 6–8 pieces of baby bok choy El Sol, fresh and tender
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame or vegetable)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water or chicken/vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (optional, for aroma)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

⏱ Total time: 15 Minutes

👩‍🍳 Preparation:

  • Wash and cut the baby bok choy in half (or into quarters if larger).
  • Sauté the garlic in hot oil for 30 seconds, making sure it doesn’t burn.
  • Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until stems are tender-crisp and leaves turn bright green.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, broth/water, and black pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
  • Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and garnish with toasted sesame seed
