
Baby Bok Choy El Sol Stir-Fry with Garlic
The perfect way to add freshness and health to your table
🥘 Ingredients:
(Serves 2–3)
- 6–8 pieces of baby bok choy El Sol, fresh and tender
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame or vegetable)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water or chicken/vegetable broth
- ½ tsp sesame oil (optional, for aroma)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
⏱ Total time: 15 Minutes
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Wash and cut the baby bok choy in half (or into quarters if larger).
- Sauté the garlic in hot oil for 30 seconds, making sure it doesn’t burn.
- Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until stems are tender-crisp and leaves turn bright green.
- Pour in the soy sauce, broth/water, and black pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and garnish with toasted sesame seed
