Description
- Malanga Coco, similar to a ñame in appearance, brown log except it has rings on the surface of the skin. It also has red or purple thread-like lines throughout the flesh. Malanga Coco is also similar in texture and appearance to the Taro
Uses:
- Malanga Coco can be prepared mashed, baked, boiled, or sautéed. Very commonly fried and used as chips.
