• 1 or 2 Chayotes El Sol
• Juice of 1 lime

• Paprika
• Freshly ground black pepper

Cut the chayotes into thin matchstick-style strips. Place them in a bowl and toss them with freshly squeezed lime juice, sea salt, paprika, and a touch of black pepper. Finish by sprinkling with nutritional yeast or Parmesan, depending on your preference.
